Participants from certain countries are requested to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
The Official agent for visa application is JTB Corp.
Please note the application process takes at least 3 weeks times.
Applicants are encouraged to submit the Visa Application as soon as possible.

Visa Application Procedures
- The applicant is required to complete the Visa Questionnaire documents with both 'Questionnaire' and 'Schedule of stay' in the excel file.
- The applicant is required to send the Visa Questionnaire and a copy of the passport to JTB Corp.
- JTB shall review all submitted application documents and provide further procedures via email.
- After approval, JTB Corp will post visa documents (in Japanese) to your registered address by post.
- The applicant shall bring all documents provided by JTB Corp to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your region/ country.

Visa Application Fee
- Each visa application is subject to an application fee of JPY14,520 (equivalent to USD111)* per person.
- Payment must be made by credit card to JTB directly.
