Refund Policy
-All payments are payable to AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL in US Dollars.
-All payments are due prior to the start of event. Airports Council International reserves the right to decline entry of any delegates who have not completed payment prior to the start of event.
-All charges, and not limited to currency exchange differences, bank charges, administrative fees shall be borne by the remitter (sender). Airports Council International reserves the right to charge back any bank charges incurred.
-Early Bird Price only applies to delegates who completed payment by 2 February 2025. ACI Asia-Pacific reserves the right to charge the difference between Standard Price and Early Bird Price if failed to do so.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to the organisers (info@airportsinnovate.com).
- For cancellations on or before 14 March 2025, a full refund for ticket prices would be provided minus a US$100 administrative fee.
- For cancellations after 14 March 2025, no refund would be provided.
- Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in USD.
- In the case of non-attendance, the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to the organiser prior the conference.
- Airports Council International reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.
